What personal data do we collect?
Identification data - As part of the order, we need to find out your identification data, i.e. name, surname and address where we are to deliver the goods. Contact information - In order to inform you about the status of your order, we need know your email and phone number. Communication data - We receive information about mutual contact, i.e. messages from social networks, e-mail correspondence or call in the chat window on the e-shop. This data also includes IP address, cookies, information about browser, system or a question about satisfaction with our services.
For what purposes do we collect information?
Contract performance - We need most of the data for the proper performance of the contract, whether it is a business transaction or an import ordered goods. The right to file a complaint - In particular, if he believes that personal data is being processed unlawfully or in violation of applicable legal regulations, despite the exercise of the aforementioned rights.
