Christmas tree chain

A Christmas chain will perfect the decorated tree and beautifully underline its shape. Our most popular chain is made of smaller beads and can also be used for an Advent wreath or garland. The length of the chain is 180 cm.

The production of glass bead ornaments is a traditional craft of the Czech Republic. The chain was handmade in Poniklá in the Krkonoše Mountains. The glass beads are silver-plated on the inside with real silver.

Bead ornaments have been handmade in the Krkonoše Mountains for over a hundred years. Before a bead, blown from a glass tube, reaches the finished ornament, it must pass through at least five pairs of skilled hands. The bead craft has a deep tradition in Poniklá and has been a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage since 2020.
